healthy eating

We must eat at least 2 servings of vegetable & fruits.Some adults & children like to eat unhealthy food.Some examples are chicken wings & fries.If we do not eat healthyily,we will fall sick easily.If we eat too much unhealthy food,we will have diabetes.The benefits of eating healthy food is that you will not fall sick easily.Yes.I like to eat vegetables & fruits because they are very healthy.Yes. If we do not organise this activity,pupils will eat unhealthy food & fall sick.We should organise a class party with vegetables and fruits.
